Beam Apartments Branding

In 2021 through 2022 Sherman Associates partnered with Juxtaposition Arts visual branding identity for their Beam, an apartment complex for North Minneapolis community members. We wanted to capture the dynamic, vibrant and abstract goals Sherman desires for the space all while considering the unique culture that surrounds the West Broadway curve.

This concept playfully centers itself around the dynamic compositions that make up Northside. While Northside is known for it’s vibrant murals and public art, this design is meant to capture that tone. The abstract use of typography, shape, and pattern in the design elements can be arranged in any format.
